Well I know that I'm a little behind, but we did celebate Maryssa's first birthday in November. We actually celebrated it twice. Lucky girl got two birthday cupcakes! Her first celebration was down in Richmond with the Wiedeman side. She was a little unsure of eating a cupcake since she had never seen one before, but once she tasted the icing it was all over! She was spoiled with lots of books for her presents, which is great because we spend lots of time reading them now.
Her second celebration was with the Couch side and a couple close friends. This time she had no reservations about digging in.
It's crazy to see how far our little girl came in a year. Eric and I are so happy to be blessed with such a loving, snuggly, laughable, easy going little girl.
