We started the month of November with a trip to Hokie Land. We hadn't been there in so long so we were so excited for the visit. We went to the Thursday night game against Georgia Tech. Wow what a game to go to. Thankfully we won in the last few seconds with an interception in the end zone. Friday we walked around the beautiful campus remembering when we first met there. We also had a chance to walk around the solar house.
We Friday afternoon we traveled out to Roanoke to see Randolph-Macon play in the semi final match of Regionals. Yet another close game, but they pulled off the win. We got a short visit with Auntie Kristie after the game before heading back to Michael and Maggie's for a yummy dinner and board games.
Saturday we braved the cold and wind and headed into Christiansburg for a chli cook off. We at lots of yummy chili, and even got to talk with Bud Foster a little bit!!!
To conitue our college sports week, after returing home we went to see my cousin Trent play against University of Maryland in Basketball. We had tickets 4 rows up behind the bench. With great seats, and homemade signs our family cheered him on. They lost by two points with only seconds left, but we had such a great time.
